This stunning piece of work illuminates our chapel, every patch is precious, each piece has a message about compassion, a definition or story. It shows how simple acts of kindness can make a huge difference especially when life is difficult.
This is one of the most exciting projects I’ve been involved with … as it meets biological, psychological, social and spiritual need.
I have loved this sewing experience. I was here when you first came in with the idea and feel super lucky to be here to see the finished product!. I’ve enjoyed every sesh with you both. You took us all under your wing and have made me appreciate the sound of the rain. It was great to be enfolded in love …I will miss you.
Thank you for coming in and wrapping us in kindness. It has been a pleasure to be part of this. Your work has touched so many people and learning the stories of others has been so heart warming. Its lovely to be able to leave behind the cloth here at the Dragon Fly Unit as a little piece of my journey will always be here.
