Julian of Norwich

A Cloth of Kindness made to mark the 650th anniversary of Julian of Norwich’s Revelations of Divine Love, the first book known to have been written in English by a woman. Cloth of Kindness worked in Julian’s Parish at the Julian Campus, alongside the Doorway Women’s Project, the Sue Lambert Trust and Charles Darwin Primary School, with embroidered patches contributed from as far away as Canada, North America, Australia, Europe and Asia. The finished cloth is on permanent display at the Julian Centre on Rouen Road, Norwich.
